Overall, the ice cream was tasty. However, the attitude of the staff was extremely rude.
I ordered two ice creams—one in a cone and the other in a cup. The staff handed me the cone, but for the cup, he simply placed it on the table. Another customer picked it up, and I noticed that their fingers had already touched the ice cream.
I informed the staff that I needed it to be changed for hygiene purposes. The person preparing the ice cream (the man in the second picture) threw the plastic spoon into the bin with an attitude, shook his head, and looked annoyed. When I voiced my concern, he responded very rudely and said that it was my fault.
First of all, he should have handed the ice cream directly to me, not just left it on the table as if he was donating it.
Dear management, please look into your staff’s attitude towards customers. Work ethic and basic respect are extremely important. This kind of behavior will only damage your business in the long run.

Today, I went to the store and bought 3 ice creams. Initially, we were going to order a different flavours but our order got messed up because the staff do the order before we even pay and confirm our order.
I planned to buy the ice creams with the cute decoration but instead I ordered the one scoop free one scoop ice cream and told them I want kuromi since I thought both ice creams were the same and the next thing, the cashier which a man told me that it was two different type of ice creams and after knowing that, I ask him to cancel the first one and he said they already made the order. How unprofessional is that? We didn’t even get to order the next 2 ice cream as we want and we were forced to pay bcuz the first one already made even though we haven’t finish ordering yet. It was their fault but I have to accept the order that I don’t want to order as he keeps saying that they already made the ice cream while I didn’t even pay yet. No sorry or whatsoever. The one who made the ice cream was a girl, muka kerek lol.
We were very disappointed by this experience. The staff look untrained and unfriendly to customers. They didn’t explain about the promotion properly.
Please trains your staff to be professional in whatever they do. Plus ask em to be friendly because they dealing face to face with customers. Tq.

Interesting flavors and with very cute decorations for their ice cream. The kids got a Melody and a Hello Kitty ice cream. You can choose the ice cream flavor and they’ll add the decorations.
Also tried the Cheesy Oreo ice cream. Taste like McFlurry. Will come back to try the other flavors.

Yummy and rich ice cream flavours! We ordered their hazelnut and durian in a waffle cup for only 15MYR! The ice cream scoop fill the cup all the way inside! They offer 1-for-1 ice cream scoops and let us taste test a lot of different flavours.
The staff are very nice and it is very worth it! The chairs in the sitting area are a bit dirty but still good!
