I am extremely disappointed with my recent order of the "Hut’s Sliders Blind Box." I purchased a total of 9 boxes, and shockingly, all of them were the exact same flavor. This is completely unacceptable, misleading, and a clear violation of the basic concept of a "blind box," which promises surprise and variety.
As a customer, I feel cheated, misled, and disrespected. This experience reflects gross negligence and irresponsibility from your team. It is evident that there was no proper quality control or care for customer satisfaction.

staff (malay) knew my order was completed but proceeded to throw the pizza boxes on the table (did not pack it up) and then continued cleaning up
the store. there were no customers at all and when another staff asked about the pizzas, she scolded her to leave it be. the other staff (indian) were nice enough to help me check if it was my order and packed them for me. if you don’t wanna serve customers, don’t work in customer service related jobs. it’s not that hard to just give me my order and go on with your cleaning work. it just shows that the staff has attitude issue and needs proper training on how to handle customers

I went there 8.40pm, they mentioned dine in closed due to no pizza, but take-away can... but in goole mentioned open until 10pm.
Pizza Hut, Please update the operating and service hours accordingly.

I’m writing this review purposely because of a waiter with bad attitude. He pulled a long face when my husband came in the restaurant. And when we asked if we can order the food he ask us to use the barcode to scan with sour face without any polite gesture at all.. his name is IMAN.
However, the other workers are good in service, except that particular worker.

Unreasonable pricing, so expensive and food is very normal, Krispy chicken stick but I didn't see any chicken meat in it, it's just flour, normal coke for rm7??? And there's barely any taste.

Food is slow. Music loud. Staff talking and laughing loudly disturbing the peace. Not suitable for people looking for a quiet, relaxed and peaceful meal.

This is the most polite staff I met among Pizza Hut outlet in JB, who’s name Rosliza always smiling with customers and ask their need.
She recommends me the new Pizza to me, and explained how delicious. When I waiting my take away pizza, she offer me the drink, and try to conversation with me, I really feel goods.
Good job, I wish Pizza Hut business growth and prosperity, also wishing Rosliza happy working.

Rubbish service. Would give zero star if google allow. Need to self order through app(fine with me) app interface not the best but very slow in loading. I am supposed to order a combo set but accidentally ordered the ala carte instead (both rm 16.90 , combo with fries and drinks, ALA carte just the main course) spoke to both staff, don't understand English, spoke to manager, says I should check before ordering ( which is true). So as a branch manager she cannot exercise an exception of cancelling and reordering. Or just give me 2 drinks and 2 fries. Just don't come, plenty of good food in tebrau city.

Good service by pizza staff! Take away few time and even bring my family here lurve
