Bought the Ulove 3 massage chair and it was defective on the second day of purchase. It continued to have problems for months, even after multiple repairs. Poor quality and slow customer service! I'm disappointed with the product's quality and demand a response from OSIM to resolve these issues.

"Business service is pretty good. After-sales customer service needs improvement. There is no quality guarantee for the machine. At a price of 29,000, while it's not a chair worth only 2,000 yuan, it doesn't have the service quality or machine quality that 29,000 should provide."
