Very terrible service. There was only one person taking care of the entire shop, and unsurprisingly, there were no other customers. Even when we came in, there was no greeting, she didn't even look up from her phone. After we called out to her, she simply asked what we wanted, barely turning her head, and didn't bother to walk over to us, instead just waiting there until we told her why we called. It's a shoe shop, for goodness sake! People will call to ask about sizes. I don't know if she expected me to bring the shoe to her so she could tell me the size. Even after we left, she continued using her phone and ignoring another customer who was looking for shoes.

Good service and a nice staff. The shoes are comfortable to wear. This is my second time buying them, and I will buy them again in the future.

The quality of the shoes seems average, which is understandable for the price. However, it seems they are short-staffed. Still, thanks for the effort.
