Went in for a classic gel pedicure (128rm). They have a wide selection of polishes with trendy and beautiful colors, and the service staff was friendly and welcoming.
I topped up 88rm for cat eye polishes, but the nail technician who assisted me was inexperienced and didn’t know how to work with them. She painted one toenail as a ‘sample’ to show what the color looked like. However, she couldn’t achieve the same effect as the samples, even after changing colors twice. The pigments were scattered and ‘flat,’ like regular glitter polishes, when I wanted the ‘stripe’ across all nails. She mentioned that the effect on toenails differs from fingernails due to the shape, but I’ve had cat eye pedicures done elsewhere that weren’t this bad.
Before working on the big toe for the ‘stripe,’ she called her manager over for help, asking how it should be done. Only on the third attempt was the right toe satisfactory. Getting the left toe to somewhat match took another 3-4 tries. The whole pedicure took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Overall, the service was okay, but the nail technician's skills could be improved. Given the steep top-up price for cat eye polishes, I expected better results. 😕

I visited Momo Nail in Aeon Tebrau City and, honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The prices are extremely high, and within just a week, the nail color on both my hands and feet started peeling off.
The staff, especially Venus and another whose name also starts with V, were very unfriendly; they acted as if I owed them something. It really ruined the experience. I also noticed that they seemed to treat Singaporean Chinese customers much better, while giving other races a cold attitude.
The manicure service was also not up to standard. They were supposed to scrub my hands, but instead, they just shaped my nails, applied color, and finished with some lotion. The pedicure felt the same – rushed and incomplete, like they didn’t really put effort into it.
They even charged RM20 just to use different colors between fingers, which I found unreasonable. This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended. All the good comments may be from their Singaporean Chinese customers.

"This was the worst manicure I've ever had, and it will definitely be my first and last time going there. The service and attitude weren't very friendly either. My cuticles weren't cleaned properly; you can still see the dead skin. And the color application on my nails was uneven and the shape wasn't nice. Judge for yourself, but I really can't accept this ugly manicure."

Thank you for the great service! ☺️ I walked in on a Saturday to get our mani-pedis done, and the staff was very welcoming and efficient. 🩷 I would definitely recommend the spa treatment for both the manicure and pedicure. ✨

Walked into the only nail place I could find in AEON Tebrau City.
I was served well by the staff, who were welcoming and friendly.
The menu was clear and easy to view, and there was no hard sell. Payment was easy.
I chose the Spa Pedicure (which comes with a Classic pedicure, I asked), and was given a few types of spa treatments to choose from. The beautician was very gentle and made my entire experience relaxing and comforting.
I would recommend coming back here for the services and environment. (Y)

Ms. Pinkey was very pleasant, detailed, and gentle. She has very good skills and provides great customer service. Warm tea, a warm towel, cuticle oil, and shea butter were included as part of the gel polish service. Highly recommended!

"Love it! The technician gave me advice that I wasn’t aware of on taking care of my toenails. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
