Went in for a classic gel pedicure (128rm), they have a wide selection of polishes with trendy and beautiful colours. Service staff was friendly and welcoming.
Topped up 88rm for cat eye polishes, but the nail technician who assisted me was inexperienced and didn’t know how to work with cat eye polishes. She painted 1 toe nail as ‘sample’ to show how the colour looks like on. However, she couldn’t achieve the same effect as the samples even after changing the colours twice. The pigments are just really scattered and ‘flat’ like regular glitter polishes when I didn’t want the ‘stripe’ across all nails. She mentioned that the effect on toe nails differ to finger nails due to the shape. But I’ve had pedicure with cat eye polishes done elsewhere and they weren’t this bad.
Before she worked on the big toe for the ‘stripe’, she called her manager over for help, asking how should it be done. Only on the 3rd attempt was the right toe satisfactory. Getting the left to somewhat match took another 3-4 tries. The whole pedicure took about 1h 15 min. Overall, service was okay, but skills of nail tech can be improved. Given the steep top up price for cat eye polishes, I’d expected better results. 😕

I visited Momo Nail inAeon Tebrau City and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The prices are extremely high, and within just a week, the nail colour on both my hands and feet started peeling off.
The staff, especially Venus and another one whose name also starts with V, were very unfriendly — they acted as if I owed them something. It really ruined the experience. I also noticed that they seemed to treat Singaporean Chinese customers much better, while giving other races a cold attitude.
The manicure service was also not up to standard. They were supposed to scrub my hands, but instead, they just shaped my nails, applied colour, and finished with some lotion. The pedicure felt the same — rushed and incomplete, like they didn’t really put effort into it.
They even charged RM20 just to use different colours between fingers, which I found unreasonable. This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended. All are the good comments may be from their Singapore Chinese customers may be

The worst manicure I had in my life and this is my first time and my last time. Service, attitude also not really friendly to customer. Cuticle dead skin never clean properly, still can see the dead skin. And the colour apply on my nail that shape not nice, uneven. Judge by yourself. But I really cannot accept this ugly manicure.

Walked into the only nails place I could find in AEON Tebrau City.
Served well by the staff there who was welcoming and friendly.
Menu was clear and easy to view. No hardsell. Payment was easy.
Chose Spa Pedicure (comes with Classic pedicure, I asked) - as given the few types of spa treatments to choose from. Beautician here was also very gentle and made my entire experience very relaxing and comforting.

Ms Pinkey was very pleasant, detailed and gentle. Very good skills and great customer service. Warm tea, warm towel, cuticle oil and shea butter were part of the Gel Polish. Highly recommended!
