I had such a lovely experience at this llao llao outlet! Right after I bought my yogurt, I butter-fingered and accidentally dropped it all over the toppings area. Super embarrassing moment, but the staff were incredibly kind and patient. Two girls — I think their names were Angel and Renee— immediately came over to help me clean up without any fuss, and to my surprise, they even gave me a brand new one without charging me again. I was really touched by their generosity and customer service. Thank you both for turning a clumsy moment into a really sweet one!

When asked for little more sauce, was rejected saying that the bottom has lesser sauce and the top has more sauce. ?? Couldn’t get their logic. Asked for additional spoon to share the sanum and was told that it’s 1rm for additional spoon. The service is just horrible

We came on 14th July around 7pm.
Staff who served us was really nice and patient despite the long queue. (a malay hijab lady and a chinese lady)
Portion of topping given was decent as well.
Quite glad that our experience was good despite some of the other reviews. Will patronise again in the future!

I've ordered 3x small,,
One with Mango cube
One with Biscoff
One was supposedly with Pistachio sauce but she said it had finished then we changed it to a Melon cube,,
I went there at about 3pm Tuesday and this is not the first time. It happened a few times before the Pistachio sauce ALWAYS ran out of the stock in the middle of the day,, didn't top up with the new one?? For real?? And what unexpected lady after us get the Pistachio sauce???
The service of the staff is so unprofessional no greetings no smile static face what's happened?? Can you guys hire those who really want to work instead of just taking money at the end of the month,, act like I owe them something,, please don't reach me out just to apologize,, such a disappointing service! Thank you,,

Bad services, One of the staff named FATHIN soo arrogant while serving us. From the start she served us quite rude, i understand its CNT EVE a bit tired maybe? But at least THANKYOU will be okay. Hope she will improve her service skills. Thankyou

I believe this branch is very very very good in business so they don't even care about what customer request.
Were purchased a sanum to share with friend. I asked for a bit extra sauce. REJECTED.
Asking for one extra spoon. EXTRA RM1.
Poor experience and bad attitude.
