When asked for little more sauce, was rejected saying that the bottom has lesser sauce and the top has more sauce. ?? Couldn’t get their logic. Asked for additional spoon to share the sanum and was told that it’s 1rm for additional spoon. The service is just horrible.

This froyo spot is efficient and provides a decent product for a quick takeaway. While the service isn't the best (especially relative to competitors in this mall), the current Monday special discount makes the effort to stop here definitely worthwhile.

Bad services, One of the staff named FATHIN soo arrogant while serving us. From the start she served us quite rude, I understand it's CNT EVE a bit tired maybe? But at least THANKYOU will be okay. Hope she will improve her service skills. Thankyou.

I had such a lovely experience at this llao llao outlet! Right after I bought my yogurt, I butter-fingered and accidentally dropped it all over the toppings area. Super embarrassing moment, but the staff were incredibly kind and patient.
