It was a super embarrassing moment, but the staff were incredibly kind and patient. Two girlsβI think their names were Angel and Reneeβimmediately came over to help me clean up without any fuss. To my surprise, they even gave me a brand new one without charging me again! I was really touched by their generosity and customer service. Thank you both for turning a clumsy moment into a really sweet one!"

"When I asked for a little more sauce, I was told that the bottom had less sauce and the top had more. I couldn't understand their logic. I also asked for an additional spoon to share the Sanum and was told it would be 1 RM for an extra spoon. The service was just horrible."

"We visited on July 14th around 7pm.
The staff who served us were really nice and patient, even with the long queue. (a Malay lady in a hijab and a Chinese lady)
The portion of toppings given was decent as well.
We're quite glad that our experience was good, despite some of the other reviews. Will patronize again in the future!"

I ordered three small items: one with mango cubes, one with Biscoff, and one that was supposed to have pistachio sauce. However, the employee said the pistachio sauce was finished, so we changed it to melon cubes.
I went there around 3 PM on Tuesday, and this isn't the first time this has happened. The pistachio sauce ALWAYS seems to run out during the day; why isn't it restocked? Really? And then the lady after us got pistachio sauce?
The staff's service is so unprofessional. No greetings, no smiles, just static faces. What's going on? Can you hire people who actually want to work, instead of just collecting a paycheck at the end of the month? They act like I owe them something. Please don't reach out just to apologize; this was such a disappointing experience! Thank you.

Bad service. One of the staff members, named Fathin, was very arrogant while serving us. From the start, she served us quite rudely. I understand it was probably a busy evening and she was a bit tired, maybe? But at least a "thank you" would have been okay. Hope she improves her service skills. Thank you.

Asking for one extra spoon cost an extra RM1.
Poor experience and bad attitude.

When trying to redeem a birthday voucher, they said it was *our* problem? Why not admit it's a problem with *your* app system? Went to multiple outlets, and they all said it was a system problem. The staff also have bad attitudes. ππππππππππ If you're unhappy with your work, please resign.
