Friend strongly recommend this, but definitely will be my first and last time here. Waited 2 and a half hours, and still got 8 people in front of me. They can’t let me know how long is the estimated waiting time, cannot inform by text or msg. Which I find this is very stupid in 21st century. So we have to keep checking the number. The express facial means you have to wait here for 3 hours and get your facial done in 30mins. Might as well I go for the traditional deep cleansing.

I went to other outlets of KSKIN before and feels good, it’s my first time here, and this is just the worst experience among all the other outlets. The overall process is extremely uncomfortable and hurt, and I can feels like she skipped some of the steps and didn’t show professional. My face is red and swollen now. She just let the water flows into my mouth, neck and didn’t wipe it. Please train your beautician as well and don’t take customer as fool

We tried the facial service at Kskin and I was attended by Agnes. She was very attentive and recommended us some types of combination that’s suitable for our skin condition at the counter for our consideration.
During the facial process, she properly explained each step in detail to me and how they help with my skin condition before proceeding. From the 30 minutes facial process, she also took notice of the condition of my skin and gave advices on how I can take better care. I highly recommend Agnes to anyone who wish to try Kskin and better take care of your face through a short 30 minutes session.
Unlike many facial shops, I appreciate that there is no package required for Kskin and we are able to select what we will like to do every session without “package purchase” pressure. There are also a wide range of facial products available if we wish to purchase at no obligation after the session without any hard selling from the staffs.

This is the nth time that I've been to this outlet and I've always been very satisfied with my experience here. The queue management here is also way better than the other outlets in JBCC and KOMTAR, so I would highly recommend coming here to get your express facial done. Most of the people who hog the tickets upon the opening of the shop and don't appear until much later aren't usually here, so I would definitely recommend visiting this outlet. 👍🏻👍🏻
