Came in during non peak. Service was ok. Food was ok also. Nothing bad but nothing to rave about also. Reasonable prices.

Service crew not entertain well the coming customer and some of the drink and desert unavailable, still great place to eat roasted chicken.

Had a lot of improvement. Last time I came product need to wait, this round must faster and staff also friendly. Keep it up guys!!

Disappointing experience. 1. Tables were not cleaned at all, even though there are new plates and cutlery. Rice and sauces from the previous customer were still left over on the table. Noticed it on many tables, not just one. 2. We waited close to an hour for our food, despite us being the only group. 3. The food came out cold. I don’t understand why. 4. Waiter and manager bugged us to take a group photo so that they can send it to their boss. Also asked us to leave a review on their Facebook. Overall, I’d never return again.

Restaurant were 4 star, food we're great but the service were lousy. Don't expect such lousiness in that high standard restaurant. At the moment, only me & my group, consist only 5 person. Another family group with 3 person. To serve us for about 45 minutes & lack one without meal. Moreover the kitchen with loud music. To communicate with the staff need to scream. Owner please do something, send your staff for training for better approach

It was simply put, a disappointing experience. The service was horrible. After waiting to be served at their door (and not), we eventually meandered our way in. Even as we stood in the middle of the shop, waving to the staff in an attempt to get their attention, no one bothered to serve us. It wasn’t even peak hour. Seeing this, we sat down and searched for the menu ourselves. At long last, someone finally decided to approach us and hand over the menu. Upon handing over the menu, she insisted on taking our orders immediately. We were stunned, seeing as we didn’t even have time to look through the menu yet. 😑 We decided to order one portion instead of two and were lucky we did so. The food came and with a single look, we could tell that the chicken was dry. A small bite proved it to be true. Bleh. The mac n’ cheese was watery instead of creamy. Mashed potatoes were tasteless and unappetizing. The cornbread tasted like a vanilla muffin instead. It was disappointing, really.

Ordered via Grab Food at 11.40am and now 1.09pm the food still not ready. How long do you need to prepare foods for 2 pax??! And neither Kenny Rogers nor Grab driver is answering my calls.

Worst @#$&$@#$ place ever, terrible service and had to remind them few times that our drinks are not delivered yet. The presentation of the meals is so different that you cant tell that you ordered the same thing. avoid this branch!
