We bought New Orleans Chicken Thigh and Mala Spicy Chicken Thigh. As compared to what we had in Mid Valley Megemall in KL, the fillings here is so little. Really disappointed at this outlet.

Me and my Girlfriend ate here we ordered 2 set for the both of us and we told them clearly that we didn’t want any green onion on our mee soup instead when they gave us 2 scones one of the scones were not heated and it was very hard to bite, So we told them can we reheat the scones but the girl at the counter told us that it is not their problem, I can’t believe that they could say that to a consumer after a small argument they decided to replace with a new one and gave us the two soups with green onion, Really ?! And the same girl who told us that it is not their problem can even raise their voice at us. I wouldn’t want to eat at here honestly if this is the type of service they provide, I couldn’t provide the photo where 1 of the scones were burnt at the bottom because i thought they wouldn’t make an issue about it but i have no choice but to give a bad review over here.

I tried two of their scone flavours: chicken thigh and the pepper beef. The crust of the scone is quite hard (and not crispy) despite being warm. I ate the two scones immediately on the spot, and it is still hard! How did this store manage to get such high Google rating? I am really puzzled.🤔

I was so disappointed w the scones. Got the prawn and chicken thigh one. Don’t like the skin… weird, not crispy and the batter is not tasty The fillings are so-so, too salty and I couldn’t even find the prawn

Ordered their set lunch for rm27.90/26.90. Portion was small for a rm17 suan la fen (sour spicy noodle). Came with a few tauge ,vege, fish cake, seaweed, but for rm17 is not quite worth it. I ordered their best seller new orleans chicken thight. The meat was juicy and tender, the dough was relatively dry and flaky. Please note that, the set had certain limit while ordering, for noodle u cannot choose the fish paste one and for the scones u are not allowed to choose cumin lamb even if you dont mind to top up the money. Agreed with most of the comments about the table cleanliness. Even though the seller provide us a tray to eat in, is hard to avoid untidy tables and greasy stool. Is like a high school canteen, can bring wet tissue along to clean abit. The drinks came with the set, it was okay, too bad they r unable to provide ice cubes to pour with on a hot day.

Ordered take away. I ate them warm. The Mee is just tasteless. It’s like eating tasteless carbs. The soup is not to my liking. I couldn’t finish half of them. The scone is acceptable, much better than the soup and mee.

Tried the shrimp and chicken thigh scones, and it's a waste of calories. A curry puff would have tasted so much better. Part of the scones was way too hard to bite that makes it unpleasant. Overrated stall in my opinion.

Ji Pin He scones is like xinjiang+western pastries? Crusty skinned Chinese hamburger (Rou jiamo). Very interesting. Oh yes why xinjiang, they use spiced beef with cumin in it! Very Xinjiang-ish. We bought on the go, but they have seats to enjoy your food there.

I order sour spicy noodle with scone set, the scone I think over back, the skin very hard, the noodle like mala, not spicy sour. And the people who order black face like dun want work

Eating on site. The food and scone are not hot enough, the taste is good but does slightly drop down. The eating area is very close to the dustbin which is always overloaded. The crumbs are always seen everywhere on floor/table/ seat. I think hygiene is always the priority that customers concern with.

Scones were pre-made and placed in oven to keep warm, hence it was still served hot. Ordered the shrimp + chicken thigh, the meat was well seasoned! Would try other flavours too.

Try the new mutton favor for MYR 12.10. The aroma and the crispy crust was fantastic, but the mutton was a bit tough which is unfortunate, else this will warrant a 5 star!!! However, nothing beats eating a freshly bake 烧饼 in a cold weather !!!! p.s: today is a raining day 🌧️

Followed them from first branch at lot10. Excited to see them opening new one in jb. Super yummy chicken pastries !! Warm to touch and chicken inside super juicy and flaky pastries. I also had the mala tteokboki, the seasoning of mala is out of the world. I’ll come back here anytime for a quick meal or snack. Recommend their 藤椒鸡 and mala noodles.
