"I was super disappointed with this outlet. I went there after visiting the Paradigm pop-up stall because some products were sold out. I was initially served by a very nice young girl when I walked in. However, when I was about to pay, there was a girl in a white top, black pants, and a black mask at the cashier. She seemed like a store supervisor, as the other girls had to ask her questions when they weren't sure about something. This "black mask girl" was showing an attitude towards her colleagues and also towards me, a customer. Nobody had offended her, and when I asked a simple question like, "Do you have the golden gift bag like we got at the Paradigm stall?" she gave an irritated look and said they didn't have such things. She really spoiled the experience, as the other salesgirls were all friendly."
