Bad services all in all. After ordering my drink at 5.23pm, they served the previous few orders and started lazing around while I have yet to receive my order. Feeling something amiss, I ask if they are preparing my order, the lady states that she isn’t sure and ask me for my receipt and slow in response. But now which is 5.43pm, my ride is about to reach, and I have to cancel my ride due to their inefficiency and lack of urgency to assist, causing me to waste valuable time. Plain bad services and reactiveness.

No carrier ! No information ! Have to carry it ! What a joke. 🤡👺👽🤖. I think twice to purchase next time. No, a big deal . There are some many other donut shops. Anyway I think they should put sign or let customers know that they are follow blindly to trends. Saving the earth is right . Saving your shop or might as well don't borther to have box. Tell customers only eat in or dine in. Anyway my opinion 🤪.

Very rude staff. Never explain to customers a proper way to order & just emotionally ask in a rude way. Wat de fak. I wish u never success for making me embarrassed today just bcs I craved for something sweet. I’ll never buy here ever egain. Thanks

The place is quite empty when we visit, just find any seating you like. The sofas are a bit too soft to my liking maybe due to many years usage. Whole place lighting is a bit dim as compared as the lighting outside the outlet. About RM24 for a box of 6 donuts. Donuts are soft and fluffy, additional RM1.50 for double cheesy flavour. Initially I thought it's white chocolate on the top, but it's cheese? Loves my 🍓 yogurt frappe~ Not too sweet!

Staff are not friendly, especially the male manager wearing the mask one told that only can choose donut on the counter not the one at the back and show black face. 31th promotion for two dozen. End up everyone only bought one dozen. There was only for taste in counter.
