"Overall, the service was bad. After ordering my drink at 5:23 PM, they served several orders placed after mine and then seemed to laze around while I still hadn't received mine. Sensing something was wrong, I asked if they were preparing my order. The lady said she wasn't sure, asked for my receipt, and was slow to respond. Now it's 5:43 PM, my ride is about to arrive, and I had to cancel it due to their inefficiency and lack of urgency. This caused me to waste valuable time. Simply bad service and reactiveness."

"No carrier! No information! Have to carry it! What a joke. 🤡👺👽🤖. I'll think twice about purchasing next time. No, it's a big deal. There are so many other donut shops. Anyway, I think they should put up a sign or let customers know that they are blindly following trends. Saving the earth is fine, but save your shop, or you might as well not bother having boxes. Tell customers to only eat in or dine in. Anyway, that's my opinion 🤪."

The place was quite empty when we visited, so we could just choose any seating we liked. The sofas are a bit too soft for my liking, perhaps due to many years of use. The lighting throughout the place is also a bit dim compared to the lighting outside. It's about RM24 for a box of 6 donuts. The donuts are soft and fluffy, and it was an additional RM1.50 for the double cheesy flavor. I initially thought it was white chocolate on top, but it's cheese! Loved my strawberry yogurt frappe! It wasn't too sweet.
