"I haven't even used it for a day. It was never dropped at all; I put it in my bag, took it out, and it's already spoiled. This shows the poor quality of their screen protector. They simply denied any responsibility, saying it wasn't their fault since I had already left the store. Don't buy from this shop!"

"Just now, I was changing my iPad screen protector, and in the midst of the process, one of the staff members (a girl wearing a hijab) changed another customer's screen protector on my iPad screen. Even I wouldn't do that, because I'm afraid the iPad screen might get scratched. Moreover, it's someone else's property. Maybe she can afford to fix the iPad if something goes wrong. I hope she won't do that next time because it's not a good service practice."
