"The soup was watery and tasteless. The noodles were dipped for too long. The quality was way better at the Aeon Bandar Dato Onn location."

Bad service. I don't know what the staff are doing. There were four people in the shop, but it seemed like they were all busy with nothing! Everything is pre-made, so why is it so slow? The soup and noodles are already prepared. The staff seemed to keep washing their hands, but didn't take any further action to help at the counter. Please either cut resources or train the staff properly on how to serve food systematically. Food comment: Nothing good, nothing bad, but unlike before, there was no fish fillet.

"There was no laksa taste, and the sardine was very sparse; I only found one piece inside."

"Service was super slow. There were three staff inside, but only one was serving customers? The staff who wasn't busy could have helped at the counter with packing or something, instead of just adding soup over and over. How many times do we need to ask? The waiting time was too long. Customers were already waiting at the counter, and the girl went to do other things? This is why your reviews are very low and many customers complain. If you donโt have enough staff, hire more. Making customers wait so long isn't a good idea. Please take note."

"The price has increased significantly in the past few weeks. The quality is okay, but it's still definitely more affordable compared to Singapore."

Waited an hour in the queue, and there were only about 6 or 7 customers ahead. The staff were taking their sweet, sweet time. LOL. HQ, please improve your staff performance.

"There's a buy-one-get-one-free promo happening right now. It reminds me of my mum's asam laksa; you can't get this taste in Singapore. I also enjoyed the salad box at the Aeon food court. One box is only around RM6+, and you can fill it up with anything until the container is full."

"There was no fish laksa; they just gave me vegetables."

"I wanted laksa for dinner because it smelled so good, so I decided to line up. I was around 8th or 9th in line. After 30 minutes of smelling the delicious aroma and watching the staff serve only three customers, I felt full already, so I left ๐"
