"What's the rule here? We understand it's not necessarily our fault that your store doesn't allow outside food, but after we were all seated, your female employee loudly announced that company policy prohibits it. Doing this in front of so many people was embarrassing and frankly, lacked tact. One of us was holding a cup of ice cream bought next door. Were we expected to finish it immediately? Rules are inflexible, but common sense isn't. Is this how you treat your customers, by calling us out in front of everyone?"

The service was very poor. After sitting for ten minutes, the clerk ignored me and did not offer online payment as an option.

Good quality herbal tea, and it's so authentic. I love the herbal jelly the most. I always go for the biggest size. Even without honey, you can still taste the sweetness as an aftertaste.

This newly opened outlet at City Square is bright and clean. The staff are very efficient and courteous. I like the herbal jelly (cold), especially with the honey syrup. Cooling and yummy! Staff clears the tables very quickly.

I visit them twice a month 👍. The cold 龟苓膏 (gui ling gao) is nice, and the 苦茶 (bitter tea) can have some eastern medicine added. Five flower tea (五花茶) is also nice…
