I'm a very regular ChaTraMue drinker. Most stalls are good. 👍
But this stall in Aeon Tebrau City deserves an award 🍭 for being the worst.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This stall doesn't even deserve one. The service is a joke 🤣— the cashier takes multiple orders at once, then only starts making the drinks, which causes a long, unnecessary wait. I waited nearly 20 minutes, and what I got tasted like plain ice water with a hint of artificial color.
🤦🏻♂️Absolutely no flavor, no effort, and no sense of hospitality. It’s clear the management doesn’t care — just look at the pathetic ratings. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Avoid this place. 👎🏼

The Thai tea at ChaTraMue AEON Tebrau definitely tastes great—authentic and flavorful! However, the service is extremely slow. With only two staff members handling orders, the wait time is around 30-45 minutes, which is far too long to just grab a drink. I waited over 25 minutes for a hot milk tea alone.
They really need to hire more staff, especially on weekends and holidays, to improve efficiency and reduce wait times. Other than that, it’s a good place with a nice atmosphere. Hopefully, they will improve their service soon!

"Wasted RM9.90 on a cup that was 90% ice with "some tea"! I only took a few sips before discovering how much ice filled the cup. If you want to be ripped off, try it. It's a negative 5-star review from me. Worst drink store ever."

"There was a problem with the cashier staff. I ordered a latte series but they didn't have the green pandan boba. I asked the staff, and they gave me a poor answer: "green pandan habis." If it was sold out, they should have told me earlier during my order so I could have just bought a normal one."

If it wasn't for the Quby straw blind pack, I wouldn't have even patronized this shop.
1) Can you imagine a shop selling beverages but being sold out of ice? The staff said it would be available at 5pm, but by the time I placed my order, it was already past 5pm. Then she said "5pm++." Okay, fine!
2) I went to grab some light snacks and came back at 6pm, but my order still wasn't ready. LOL!
3) I came back at 6:15pm, but only one drink was ready. I ordered one Thai milk tea and one Thai coffee. The staff said the Thai coffee would need another 30 minutes.
4) After countless minutes, I finally got my Thai coffee at 6:50pm.
5) In summary, I placed my order at 5pm and got my complete order at 6:50pm. So yeah... almost two hours for just two cups of tea!

The Thai Milk Tea tasted great! I would definitely order it again if I visit. Just a heads up: you'll need to be a bit patient, as it takes about 10 minutes for the tea to be ready. While waiting, you can enjoy the pleasant fragrance of the tea. Price-wise, it’s reasonable at RM 9.90.

Located beside the Tsutaya bookstore, the prices are reasonable. Milk tea lovers should definitely try it!

"I ordered the original Thai milk tea with 30% sugar. It was still sweet, but enjoyable. Sugar levels are available at 130%, 100%, 70%, 30%, and 0%. I definitely recommend the 30% option."
