🙋♂️I'm super regular ChaTtaMue drinkers.
Mostly every stall are good. 👍🏼
But this stall in Aeon Tebrau City deserve an Award 🍭 for the worst stall.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This stall doesn’t even deserve one. Service is a joke 🤣— the cashier takes multiple orders at once, then only starts making drinks, which causes a long, unnecessary wait. I waited nearly 20 minutes, and what I got tasted like plain ice water with a hint of artificial colour.
🤦🏻♂️Absolutely no flavour, no effort, and no sense of hospitality. It’s clear the management doesn’t care — just look at the pathetic ratings. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Avoid this place. 👎🏼

The taste of Thai tea at ChaTraMue AEON Tebrau is definitely great—authentic and flavorful! However, the service is extremely slow. With only two staff members handling orders, the waiting time is around 30-45 minutes, which is far too long just to grab one drink. I waited over 25 minutes just for a hot milk tea.
They really need to hire more staff, especially on weekends and holidays, to improve efficiency and reduce waiting times. Other than that, it’s a good place with a nice atmosphere. Hopefully, they improve their service soon!

Wasted RM9.90 for a 90% full cup of ice with “some tea”! I just drank a few sips then found out how much ice there was inside the cup. If this is not a rip off, try it out. It’s a negative 5 review from me. Worst drink store ever.

Cashier staff problem I order latte series but don have green pandan boba . I ask the staff and they give me stupid answer "green pandan habis" if sold out they should told me earlier during order so i just buy normal one.

If it's not because of the quby straw blind pack, I wouldn't even patronize this shop.
1) Can you imagine a shop selling beverages but ice sold out? The staff said 5pm only available, by that time i placed order it was already 5pm, then she said 5pm++. Okay fine!
2) Went to grab some light snacks and came back at 6pm, still not ready. LOL!
3) Came back at 6.15pm but only 1 drink is ready. I ordered 1 thai milk tea and 1 thai coffee. The staff said thai coffee need to wait another 30mins only.
4) After countless minutes, finally got my thai coffee at 6.50pm.
5) In summary, place order at 5pm and got my complete order at 6.50pm. So yea .. Almost 2 hrs for just 2 cups of tea :)

Wonderful experience with their smart staff. They are taking forever to make the authentic thai tea for you. Be aware not cup by cup ya, 1 time make 10 cups. So few to 10 orders got their tea in the same time, smart right. Waiting time from 45 minutes extend to 1 and half hour. At the end close counter to stop accept new order since 4pm. What a wonderful experience for the first and last order from them.

The service here is quite slow. I had to wait a long time just to place my order. I hope the restaurant can improve the efficiency of their service.

The Thai Milk Tea tasted great! I’d definitely order it again if I visit. Just a heads up, you’ll need to be a bit patient, as it takes about 10 minutes for the tea to be ready. While waiting, you can enjoy the pleasant fragrance of the tea. Price wise, it’s reasonable at RM 9.90.

Located beside the tsutaya book store, prices are reasonable. Milk tea lovers should try!

Got the original thai milk tea at 30% sugar. It was still sweet but nice. Got sugar level 130, 100, 70, 30, 0. Definitely recommend 30% only.
