Châteraisé at AEON Tebrau City brings authentic Japanese patisserie excellence directly from Yamanashi prefecture to Malaysian dessert enthusiasts. Located on the ground floor, this premium dessert destination imports their confectionery directly from Japan rather than using local franchise production, ensuring every item maintains the authentic quality and taste that defines Japanese dessert craftsmanship.
Their extensive collection spans traditional Japanese desserts including delicate jellies, premium ice cream, cream puffs, waffles, cookies, and an impressive array of cakes featuring their signature silky smooth fresh cream, strawberry layers, and vanilla sponge base. Popular offerings include their fruit cake series, premium chocolate collections, and cheese desserts that showcase the Japanese attention to detail and superior ingredients.
What sets Châteraisé apart is their commitment to using specially selected natural ingredients and their thoughtful approach to packaging, providing ice-bars and spoons with every cake purchase to ensure perfect presentation. Their combination of authentic Japanese quality, reasonable pricing, and protective packaging that preserves dessert integrity during transport has established them as the premier destination for genuine Japanese dessert experiences in AEON Tebrau City.
"Just bought a slice of strawberry square cake. I politely asked the staff for two forks, and she instantly gave a disgusted reaction. She turned to grab a mini spoon, stared at me, and said in an annoyed tone, "There's already one fork inside."
The staff was very rude. Is this really how you treat your customers? She could have said it nicely, but instead, she chose to be so unfriendly.
To whom it may concern, please do something about this."

"I asked the staff for a cake menu, but they said they didn't have one. Lol."

"For Muslims, it's NOT Halal. I was convinced by the Chateraise Tebrau staff (wearing a hijab, like a Muslim) that it was halal, so I bought some. Then I found out that the products used pork gelatin and alcohol.
PLEASE don't hire staff with hijabs just to convince other Muslims to buy your products. Be transparent. Pork and alcohol are haram for us Muslims. Please be sensitive.
Be like the Chateraise KLCC staff, who are so honest about the products not being halal."

I purchased a birthday cake from Chateraise cake shop, and I am extremely satisfied with its delicacy and taste! The cakes look deliciously enticing, and they are even more delightful to eat. In both appearance and taste, they exhibit high quality and exquisite craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Thanks 晶 for your great and fast service! The four apple pies, two cornet horns, and red bean pancake are really yummy. Thanks for your recommendation, too. I shall come back to you soon. GBU.

"From the first sight, I was fascinated by this beautiful and shining cake. I decided to buy it because I had been looking for a cake shop for my husband at Aeon Tebrau for a long time. I booked a deposit two days in advance for this beautiful cake. It turns out that my first choice was not wrong. Very tasty!!!! Not too sweet, even though it was full of fruit, and very satisfying. I am also satisfied with their staff because they told me what alcohol was in the cake. Good job, everyone! Will repeat soon."

Enjoying the simple things in life: delicious cheesecake in one of my favorite malls in JB. Happy weekend!

Double Fantasy is nice and worth the price, being crisp and puffy. The staff on duty could perhaps be more welcoming.
