The workers just stood at the counter, gossiping the whole time. They never came to assist us, leading to several customers walking off. When my brother asked for a size, the staff claimed there were no other sizes without checking. When I approached and informed all three staff members about their responsibility to assist customers, they stared blankly. I had to repeat myself, and they explained that my brother was still checking the shoe. Feeling frustrated, I walked away; it seemed like I was talking to a wall.

Look else where if you are hunting for once-in-a-blue-moon to attend party shoes. Store also offers hassle free member registration for point collections, which can be used at any of their stores. The shop should have no customers.. 1. No service from the staff 2. Telephone operator (a rather stout man) 3. No smile from the staff (It's like the one who entered is not human) Note: the brick staff in Muar are the best.. welcome customers well and cheerfully. We want to buy and want to give money but the staff refuses to give us sustenance. 😊 I bought it at the shop below Lotus. 👍 Alhamdulillah.. . I want to order for the brick staff 1. Serve the customer even if the customer seems normal 2. You are the staff only, not the boss or the owner. If you don't have a sale every day, you have to be smart and clever. First, etiquette is important to carry anywhere. We will not come to that brick again. Terrified and upset with the service given. Thank you.
