"The store's location was incorrect; it's at F28 now, not G15. The staff wasn't proactive and didn't seem keen on helping. They have a wide selection of shoes, however, sizing is limited."

The workers were just standing at the counter, gossiping the whole time. They never came to assist us, which led to several customers walking out. When my brother asked for a different size, the staff claimed there were no other sizes available without even checking. When I approached and informed all three staff members about their responsibility to assist customers, they just stared blankly. I had to repeat myself, and then they explained that my brother was still looking at the shoe. Feeling frustrated, I walked away; it felt like I was talking to a wall.

Come here if you're looking for comfortable, everyday shoes – suitable for work and school – within a good price range. Look elsewhere if you're hunting for once-in-a-blue-moon party shoes. The store also offers hassle-free member registration for point collection, which can be used at any of their stores. The star rating is for the shoe collection, price, and services.

"The staff didn't even bother to look at me. They went into the storeroom to talk while I was seeking assistance, and only came out after I left the store. Horrible service."

"Poor customer service. The staff were showing unwelcome faces to customers and just standing there."

The shop probably shouldn't have any customers. 1. There was no service from the staff. 2. The telephone operator (a rather stout man) was unhelpful. 3. The staff didn't smile. It felt like they didn't even see us as human. Note: The brick staff in Muar are the best; they welcome customers well and cheerfully. We wanted to buy something and give them money, but the staff refused to provide any assistance. 😊 I bought it at the shop below Lotus instead. 👍 Alhamdulillah. I have an order for the brick staff: 1. Serve the customer, even if the customer seems ordinary. 2. Remember, you are just the staff, not the boss or the owner. If you don't make a sale every day, you need to be smart and clever. First, proper etiquette is important to have. We will not return to that brick shop. We were terrified and upset with the service we received. Thank you.
