I went here to buy to buy coco sticks 2 minutes ago, line up around 10 minutes and order. He asked me how do I want to make a payment. I said QR and he insist me to scan with his mechant. Then straight claim that Machie has problem can’t scan QR then I said can I make a payment via e wallet also he said can’t, cash also can’t only CARD. Are you living in Zaman Dinosaur??? Aunt Anne I need explanation

Ordered a set of cheese nuggets and the sizes of the nuggets are uneven. Some extremely small some very big. Not to mention the cheese portion inside the nuggets. Some of them don’t even have cheese at all. Quality dropped a lot compared to last few times. Can barely tasted the flavour. Mind you, the service while I wanted to order was ridiculous too. They were laughing and talking even though I am standing right in front of them and looking at them for mins and they do acknowledged my presence.

This is my fourth time ordering choco eclairs stix and pretzel, is it a new sop where the chocolate only coated at one side? I paid RM8.50 or RM9 to get type of food? Stop buying here. Not worth it

Ordered Cheese Nuggets 12 pcs @ RM9.90 for their More More Cheese promo, staff said need to wait for 40 minutes. I said okay, but they then proceed with the regular Cheese Nuggets 8 pcs at normal price. But I’m too lazy to argue because of my kids. Staffs just plain lazy. The sets don’t even have the difference. They want to boost sales only. Bad service 👎🏻

Bought 4 Sour cream on 5 Feb 2024 at around 5pm. The base of each pretzel tasted like soap! Had to throw it away…and it’s not our first time buying from this outlet.
