I am very satisfied with my experience at this Japanese restaurant! The food impressed me greatly, and in addition to the high quality, the service was also excellent. The staff always maintained a smile and provided attentive service, making the entire dining experience more enjoyable. I especially appreciated their introductions and recommendations, which gave me the opportunity to try some delicious dishes I had never experienced before. I will definitely visit this Japanese restaurant again.

Had dinner here. I just spent my Christmas holidays in Japan, so I still have a bit of a "hangover" for authentic Japanese food. This wasn't quite comparable to authentic Japanese restaurants; the ramen soup didn't have much umami. The vegetarian sushi looked good but lacked the right texture. The unagi was fairly good, and the regular sushi tasted so-so. The crew was great and attentive to our needs. As for the ambiance, it's definitely not an "Ishikaya" style. It has more of a hotel vibe.

The staff was very observant; they noticed we had ordered vegetarian ramen and helped us change it to chicken instead. The food tasted so fresh and delicious 😋, except for the karaage, which wasn't so nice. Very nice atmosphere, will come back again.

Review: Kinsahi Japanese Restaurant, AEON Tebrau City I recently dined at Kinsahi Japanese Restaurant in AEON Tebrau City, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food quality was slightly above average, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. However, given the pricing, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and presentation. The service was acceptable, although not particularly outstanding. One minor issue was that a staff member attempted to clear our plates while there was still food on them, which felt a bit rushed. That said, the ambiance was pleasant, with a cozy and traditional Japanese setting. If you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant in the area, Kinsahi is a reasonable choice, but there may be better options available for the same price range.

The food was generally pretty good and tasty, except for the soft shell crab. The staff's service is definitely one of this restaurant's great strengths. We really enjoyed their attentive assistance and service. The atmosphere is lovely, and the interior is designed with a strong sense of a design theme. However, some sofa cushions are damaged and temporarily taped, which is a design setback. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our wedding anniversary celebration here. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back again.

You can see from my pictures that all the food ended up in our stomachs. The service is awesome. As soon as I peeked my head out, the crew immediately approached me. They are super attentive. Also, regarding the free refill ice green tea, someone came every time my cup was less than half full. I've never seen such an approachable and attentive crew before. Really superb service! I will definitely come back again. Also, I strongly recommend the tropical fruit tea jug – it's really good. I prefer this place to Paradigm.

"It's a spacious and new restaurant with an American diner theme. The fried chicken is very ordinary, no better than the fried chicken from other fast food chains. The sides aren't impressive, and you can't substitute items. There are many other choices nearby, so I will only visit again if all other places are packed, or if there's any improvement."
